STANDARD AGREEMENT BETWEEN SUPPORTERS AND CREATOR

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the undersigned Supporter ("Supporter") and Baeyourself.com ("Baeyourself"), collectively referred to as "Parties."

1. Definitions:
   1.1. Supporter: The individual accessing and using Baeyourself.com to support and enjoy the creative content of the content creator.
   1.2. Creator: The content creator who shares their content on Baeyourself.com and interacts with Supporters.
   1.3. Baeyourself.com: The subscription-based platform operated by Baeyourself, providing services for Supporters to access and enjoy creator content.

2. Purpose:
   2.1. The Supporter agrees to access and enjoy the content provided by the Creator on Baeyourself.com.
   2.2. The Creator agrees to share exclusive and premium content with the Supporter, and to interact and engage with the Supporter as specified by Baeyourself.com's services.

3. Rights and Obligations:
   3.1. Supporter Obligations:
      3.1.1. The Supporter shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while accessing and using Baeyourself.com, including those related to copyright, privacy, and intellectual property rights.
      3.1.2. The Supporter shall respect the Creator's intellectual property rights, including not reproducing or distributing content without prior express permission from the Creator.
      3.1.3. The Supporter shall behave in a respectful and appropriate manner while interacting with the Creator and other Supporters on the platform.
   3.2. Creator Obligations:
      3.2.1. The Creator agrees to provide exclusive and premium content to Supporters, as specified by Baeyourself.com's services.
      3.2.2. The Creator shall maintain timely and regular communication with Supporters, engaging in ways specified by Baeyourself.com, such as responding to messages, comments, and participating in live chats or Q&A sessions when appropriate.
      3.2.3. The Creator shall respect the privacy of Supporters and safeguard any personal information shared by the Supporter in accordance with Baeyourself.com's Privacy Policy.
      
4. Fees and Payment:
   4.1. The Supporter agrees to pay the subscription fee as determined by Baeyourself.com, which grants access to exclusive content from the Creator.
   4.2. Baeyourself.com shall handle all financial transactions and payment processing on behalf of the Creator, ensuring proper remuneration for their work.
   4.3. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property:
   5.1. The Creator retains all rights, titles, and interests in the content they share on Baeyourself.com.
   5.2. The Supporter understands and agrees that the content shared by the Creator is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.
   5.3. The Supporter shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or otherwise use the Creator's content without prior express permission.

6. Indemnification:
   6.1. Each Party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, as well as its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
   7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
   7.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the Parties.
   7.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction] for resolution.

8. Entire Agreement:
   8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings.

By using Baeyourself.com, the Supporter acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
